Welcome to Ready, Set, SLOW—a program designed to get you moving in a way that fits your life, not a rigid regimen. If you’ve tried other fitness programs before and felt overwhelmed by schedules that demand 3-5 workouts a week or felt frustrated by the "one-size-fits-all" approach, this is for you. We're here to break things down into small, realistic steps. This program is all about building your fitness journey with your mindset at the core. It’s not about perfection or pushing yourself too hard right away—it's about consistency, self-compassion, and discovering what truly works for YOU. Whether you’re a busy parent, a teenager, someone recovering from injury, or someone who’s just never found the right approach, this is your starting point. By focusing on small wins, you'll gradually build the confidence to move forward and enjoy the process. This program begins with just 5 minutes of movement—whether it’s a short walk, a light stretch, or even a household chore—and gradually builds up to 25-30 minutes of exercise, aiming for at least 3 times a week.
