How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through the online store. Simply select the desired items, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Confirmation is sent via email once payment is processed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay. Installment payments are also available.
Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if a cancellation is needed. After this window, all orders are final to ensure fast processing and timely delivery. Modifications are not allowed.

What locations are currently served?
Orders are shipped to the United States and Canada. International shipping will be available starting January 2026!
What is the expected delivery timeline?
Orders are processed within 4-6 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.
How can an order be tracked?
Tracking information is provided via email as soon as the order is shipped. This allows customers to follow the shipmen's progress through the carrier's tracking system.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with the original tag intact to be eligible for a return. Exchanges are limited to size changes and are subject to availability. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
What steps are taken if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If an item is damaged, please provide a video of the damaged item inside the original packaging. For damages caused during shipping, a full refund will be issued, and the item may be kept. For incorrect items, the team will promptly correct the order at no additional cost.
